Who you're working with

Coaching and tutoring with Tionna Honaker are offered and contracted through AI Company USA. Your signed agreement with AI Company USA governs each engagement; if it differs from this page, the agreement controls.

What coaching is, and isn't

Coaching is education, guidance, and accountability for using AI and building systems. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. For those, please work with a licensed professional.

No guaranteed outcomes

We don't promise income, clients, savings, grades, or any specific result. What you get out of coaching depends on many things outside our control, including how you use what we build together.

Discovery calls

Discovery calls are free, up to 30 minutes, and separate from paid sessions. There's no obligation to buy.

Agreements, payment, and scheduling

• A signed agreement is required before paid work starts. You sign it at checkout.
• Payment is due at booking unless your agreement says otherwise.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before a session for a full refund or a new time. Later than that, the session is used.
• A missed session without notice counts as used.
• Multi-session plans are used within the period stated in your agreement.

Teen tutoring

• A parent or guardian books, signs, and pays, and gives written consent before the first session.
• A parent may sit in on or review any session.
• We never show a student's face or share identifying details in any content.
• Students use only family-approved accounts and age-appropriate tools.

Your tools and data

You keep ownership of your accounts, files, and anything we build in them. Please don't share passwords in sessions; we'll walk you through settings instead. Third-party AI tools have their own terms and privacy practices.
