Build a brand-video skill from your kitchen, without the hype.

Brands still pay real people for real product use. Generic lookalike videos are getting crowded, especially with AI. Instant access. One fair price.

A phone on a small tripod beside a kitchen window, filming a glass jar on a linen towel.

Is this for you?

Maybe you've watched other women do this and wondered whether someone like you could. This is for you if:

Family first You want something of your own that fits around your family, not the other way around.
Brand-new You've never worked with a brand and aren't sure where to begin.
Your comfort level You want to choose how much you show: your face, just your hands, or somewhere in between.
Phone + window You have a phone, a window, and twenty minutes here and there.
One path You're tired of scattered videos and want one clear path.
No following needed You'd rather be paid for the video than build a following.

Not a mom? Everything here works the same for anyone starting from zero.

And gently, this isn't for you if:

  • You want a guaranteed paycheck or a promise of brand deals.
  • You want a get-rich-quick plan instead of a skill you practice.
  • You aren't ready to film a few practice videos with things you already own.
Wait, what's UGC?

User-generated content is short video you make for a brand, which the brand posts and runs on its own channels. It lives in their account, not yours. Brands pay for the video itself, not for your audience, which is why you don't need followers to begin.

See what's inside first

A phone, a cup of coffee, a linen notebook, and a small glass jar on a kitchen counter in morning light.

A Tuesday, more or less

Here's what it actually looks like

Picture a Tuesday. The baby is napping. You set your phone on a small tripod by the kitchen window, film a jar you already use in five simple shots, and edit it before anyone wakes up.

By the end of the first week, you have three portfolio videos. By the end of the month, you have a rate card, a list of brands that fit your life, and your first pitch emails sent.

Hi, I'm Tionna

Tionna Honaker, who teaches UGC Launchpad.

I'm a mom in Montana, and I'm building my own UGC work from my kitchen counter right now, the same way this course teaches it.

More about why I made this

I want to be straight with you about where I am, because you deserve a teacher who tells the truth. I'm not ten years ahead of you. I'm a few steps ahead, close enough to remember exactly what felt confusing at the start. The lessons follow the order I'm working in myself: the portfolio first, then the rate card, then the pitches.

I made UGC Launchpad because the beginning shouldn't require a big following, a fancy setup, or a course that costs more than your first few jobs might pay. It should feel like a friend at your counter, showing you what she's learned.

I'm building this the way I try to do everything, with faith and with my family first, trusting God with the parts I can't see yet.

What you can count on

Short, specific lessons. Four to six minutes each. Nothing padded, nothing repeated.
The honest version. I'll never tell you this is easy money. You'll hear what the work actually involves.
Everything in one price. All twelve lessons and all eight templates. Nothing to buy once you're inside.
A real person on the other end. Reply to any course email and it comes straight to me.

Questions

Do I need followers?

No. UGC videos usually run on the brand's own page or as the brand's ads, so your follower count isn't part of the deal. Growing an audience is influencing, which is a different job. Brands hire UGC creators for the video, and your portfolio does the introducing.

Is UGC saturated?

There are more creators than there used to be, and brands still need a steady stream of fresh videos, because ads wear out and new products keep launching. What stands out is clear, honest work that's easy to hire: a focused lane, a tidy portfolio, and files delivered the way a brand asks. That's what the course teaches.

Will AI replace UGC creators?

AI can make a lot of video, and that's exactly why real use matters more. As feeds fill up with synthetic content, a real person actually using a product in a real home is the thing people trust. The toolkit includes a short field note on this, Why Real Use Still Matters.

Do I have to show my face?

No, but you can. Hands, product, and voiceover is a complete, common format, and on-camera work opens more doors too. I do both, and the course teaches both. Kids stay off camera unless you choose otherwise.

Do I need experience or special gear?

No. It's not about the gear. Your phone, a window, and a small tripod are enough, and editing is done in CapCut, which is free. You don't need experience either. The lessons start from the very first video, using something like the skincare jar already on your counter.

How much time does it take?

The lessons take about an hour. After that, it's honestly up to you. Most of your time goes into filming your first portfolio videos, and that fits into nap times, early mornings, or a quiet half hour after the kids are in bed. Some weeks you'll do more, some weeks less, and that's okay.

Will I get brand deals?

That depends on the work you make and the pitches you send, so no one can honestly promise it. The course shows you exactly how to build the portfolio and send the pitches.

When do I get access?

Right after checkout. Your login link arrives by email within a few minutes.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, because the lessons and templates are delivered the moment you buy. If you ever have trouble logging in or opening a download, email hello@herfieldjournal.com and I'll fix it. See the Terms of Service.

Your first video can be made this week.

You already have the phone and the window. This gives you the plan.
